This gives us immense pleasure to apprise you that we, ARS COAL RESOURCES, Goa as Consultant & Brokers of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag and Indonesian Thermal Coal on behalf of our principals Capital Steel Corp Private Limited who are the miner and major trading company of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag & Indonesian Steam Coal having their H.O. in Singapore. Issue this Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to sell the following product under the following terms and conditions:

The details of Steel Slag along with the terms and conditions are mentioned hereunder:

1. Commodity: Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag
2. Quantity: We are able to supply in containerized or in bulk vessel. Depending on the quantity.
3. Price: Usd 40.00/Mt FOB
4. Delivery Schedule: Monthly basis. Confirmation 3 week before date of shipment.
5. Payment Terms: Letter of Credit at Sight 100%.
6. Quantity Determination: The weight of each shipment of Steel Slag shall be determined by draft survey of carrying ocean carrier at the Load Port conducted by the Independent Superintending Company. This weight determined by the Independent Superintending Company shall be final and binding for both the Parties and it shall be the basis for invoicing and settlement.
7. Quality basis: As per mutually agreed internationally reputed independent Inspection Agency appointed by the seller at its cost at load port and the load port sampling and analysis report is final and binding on both buyer and seller for commercial purpose. Our company motto is client satisfaction and maintenance of product quality so, please is rest assured in regards to the quality of the Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag.
8. Basis of Sale: If the material is offered to you on high seas sale basis, we will require your IEC and certain other information to prepare HSS agreement for your signature.

1. Force Majeure; Standard Force Majeure Clause will be applicable.
2. Others: As per our draft Sale-Purchase Contract to be provided after finalization of business Hope you will find the terms suitable to your purpose.
