The best words I have for American Upright MRI are “Thank God.” I have been trying for years to find an open MRI because I am really afraid of tight spaces. But this machine made me feel comfortable and I finally could get images of my damaged shoulder for my orthopedic surgeon.
STAFF: Professional and friendly. They explained everything, and even stayed with me during the procedure.
MACHINE: It is truly OPEN and you can sit or stand and look out from the front side to a TV. Mr Bean was on.
COST: Very reasonable, if your medical insurance doesn’t cover it. It’s worth it just to not feel like you’re in a coffin-like machine.
REPORT: Got in less than 2 days. Sent to my email.
COMMUNICATIONS: They use What’s App? and keep in contact with you up until your appoint.
CONCLUSION: If you are afraid of tight spaces and can’t tolerate the regular MRI . . . this is is the place in Dubai.
This is the best place ever. I have been trying to get an MRI of my shoulder for 2 years. Couldn’t get into the regular MRI machine . . . like a coffin.
